Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
We have a 7-day return policy only on merchandise items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return or exchange will be approved within 2 days.
Returns will only be possible if they meet any of the below conditions:
1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged.
3. The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing.
In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement free of charge once the details of the case are verified by us. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to aid the returns process.
Any free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund.
All orders placed on the Sites are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. If your order has been shipped, but you have not received your order, please notify our customer services team via telephone, in writing or email within 10 days of receipt of the shipment confirmation so that we can raise a claim with our contracted courier company.
We would strongly advise you to inspect the goods on delivery or collection. If you identify any postal damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing by email within 72 hours of the goods being delivered.
Returns and Refunds are only applicable in the event of manufacturing defects in the product. Please inform us in writing by email within 72 hours of the goods being delivered at help@theracefans.com
Once your return is processed, you will be reimbursed with store credit for any future purchases.
How to return your order:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged securely to prevent any damage in transit whilst being returned back to us and where possible in the original packaging. We will not accept any responsibility for any loss/damage or breakages in addition to your original fault during transit of the return. We ask that you raise this independently with the courier company and will assist with any photographic evidence as required. If a customer avails our services for returning of the product, in that event return charges will be borne by the customer, which will be deducted from the final refund.
We always recommend that you send recorded delivery and inform us of the tracking number.
We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the goods if:
a. You fail to provide notice as set above, and/or
b. You make any further use of such goods after giving notice under the clause above relating to damages and shortages and/or
c. A defect arises because you did not follow our written instructions about the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the goods; and/or
d. A defect arises from normal wear and tear.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready:
Dispatching of Orders - Although we try to process and dispatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible.
Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website
Payment Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Items purchased with a coupon or during sale are non returnable.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
If your order is being delivered outside India you may be required to pay customs and duty fees once the order reaches that country.
Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout. Any such charges will need to be managed between the recipient and the carrier. We have no influence or control over these charges.
